Why Quit?

Quitting smoking can have a positive effect on your health and you in many different ways.

  • You will reduce your risk of developing illness, disability or death caused by cancer, heart or lung disease

  • You will less stressed
  • The appearance of your skin and teeth will improve
  • You will protect the health of those around you by not exposing them to second hand smoke

This is the third time I've tried to give up smoking, and as I draw towards the end of this one, I feel confident that this will be the one that does it!
